Refunds and Exchanges
We at PadPrintly believe in the quality of our mousepads, and we provide easy replacements or refunds if they do not meet the standards. We give you 100% customer satisfaction, so there is no need to worry.
The warranty for our item lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, the customer is no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Pad Printly reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Refund Eligibility:
Pad Printly warranty only covers products that the original consumer purchases. To redeem for a return, refund, or replacement, your product needs to be in the same condition you received it and with tags intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or the original packaging.
What Is and Is Not Covered:
The warranty is void if Pad Printly product has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not by product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations.
Damaged or Faulty products:
If you find a defect with your product or receive the wrong item, please email us photos at support@padprintly.com of the item and let us know about the issue. One of our customer service representatives will assess the damage and offer a resolution. We’ll maintain pictures of your item before we ship it, so damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because our custom mousepads are printed with a customer-provided design, they cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns and exchanges are reserved for defective products only.
Refund Process:
Please contact us at support@padprintly.com for instructions to get started on your return. If it’s accepted, we’ll send you a label, postage, and instructions via email.
Refund Processing Times:
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it to see if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember that your refund may be delayed as it is processed by your bank or card company.
